The facilities at Saint Soldier International School (SSIS) are without doubt among the finest in Chandigarh.

The school is located in the heart of Chandigarh amidst verdant, hospitable surroundings, and the 5 acre (217800 square feet) campus contains a magnificent building (with a built-up area of 19202.20 square metres) with large halls and spacious classrooms that are adequately equipped with innovative academic tools.

Students have access to spacious playgrounds, an athletic track, and open assembly areas at the school. Separate play areas have been designated for the Pre. Primary Wing (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten).

The school building consists of the following three blocks:

BLOCK A is the Administrative Block that includes the School Reception, the Director's Office, the

Principal's Office, the Accounts Section, and classrooms for students of classes six to twelve. This Block is a three-story structure with 32 classrooms, two staff rooms for instructors, and a well-furnished Fine Arts room where students can try their hand at sketching, painting, and colouring. Students can also master computer skills such as coding, web development, and MS office using a well-equipped computer facility situated in this block. In addition, it has a cutting-edge Audio-Visual Hall that can accommodate up to 100 people for lectures, seminars, etc. The library, which is also situated here, features

15000 books, encyclopaedias, e-books and audio-books that add phenomenal value to the students’ learning experiences and overall development. This block also houses the estate office and CCTV control room, offices of the building supervisor and transport head are also located here.

BLOCK B is a junior wing containing the pre-primary and primary sections, a staff room for primary instructors, the office of the primary coordinator, music rooms, and a dance room. This block too is aesthetically designed ensuring that young children, who study and play here, find it pleasant, safe, soothing, and emotionally stimulating; resulting in a joyful and happy beginning of their school life.
BLOCK C is a science block containing laboratories (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Composite Lab), the junior Computer Lab, the Mathematics Lab, the staff room, the special educator room, the counselling room, and the coordinators' offices and a spacious cafeteria with ample sitting spaces (both indoor as well as outdoor). This block has inspiring models and scientific displays specially designed to attract students to the world of science and critical inquiry. CCTV Cameras have been installed in all the classrooms, corridors, main gate and playgrounds.

The Management of SSIS Chandigarh ensures that the school meets all the Security and Safety related infrastructural requirements, as prescribed by CBSE and the Chandigarh Administration. CCTV cameras are installed all across the campus to ensure that we can monitor every corner of the school at all times. There’s a competent team of security guards that mans the gates and boundary walls round the clock; and ensures that no unauthorized person can access the school grounds and buildings. They also maintain a register recording the exact entry and exit timings of visitors, parents, students and teachers. The safety of the building structure is checked and assessed periodically by a certified structural engineer. The school has an effective fire alarm system linked to smoke detectors and a water sprinkler system. Fire extinguishers have also been placed at key spots across the school and the fire NOC is renewed on time.
