Saint Soldier International School, Sector-28 B Chandigarh proudly celebrated Labour Day with great enthusiasm and respect, honouring the invaluable contributions of workers who form the backbone of our society. The special stage presentation was thoughtfully organized by the NSS students.
The programme included a vibrant dance performance by students of Classes XI and XII, followed by a meaningful poem recitation highlighting the dignity of labour. Students also presented a speech emphasizing the importance of hard work, dedication, and equality in all professions. A well-coordinated skit was performed, beautifully depicting the everyday struggles and contributions of workers, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.
On this special occasion, the school also took a heartfelt initiative to felicitate the support staff of the school for their continuous cooperation and contribution. They were honoured with tokens of appreciation, acknowledging their role in maintaining a supportive and harmonious environment around the school. The celebration served as a reminder to respect and value every individual’s work, regardless of its nature. Principal Ms Anisha Ghuman appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers and encouraged everyone to uphold the spirit of dignity of labour in their daily lives.
