Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28-B, Chandigarh, organized its Class XII farewell ceremony titled “Dasvidaniya”, creating a memorable day filled with nostalgia, joy, and celebration. The event marked the culmination of years of learning, friendship, and growth shared by the graduating students.
The programme began with a musical performance by the students of Class XI, setting a cheerful tone for the occasion. Mayank and Riya Raj of Class XII shared heartfelt reflections, expressing gratitude towards the school, teachers, and friends while reminiscing about cherished memories. Principal Ms Anisha Ghuman gave a motivating speech to inspire the students.
The celebration continued with energetic dance performances by hosts Class XI including a western dance and a lively Bhangra performance. Fun-filled games added excitement to the event, followed by an engaging question-answer round that highlighted the wit and confidence of the participants, who were judged by staff members Ms Ambika and Ms Ridhi.
The titles of Mr. SSIS was awarded to Mayank Sethi and Ms. SSIS to Shelly Chandel. The title of Mr. Runner-Up and Ms. Runner-Up were conferred upon Abhinav Rana and Harshpreet respectively. Chirag Bansal and Geet were recognized as Mr and Ms Diligent Shivansh Nigam and Samya Goel were awarded Mr and Ms Quiet Doer. The titles of Mr. Talented and Ms. Talented were bagged by Robinpreet Singh and Davisha, while Mr. Charismatic and Ms. Charismatic were awarded to Levish and Ishnoor.
The celebration concluded with a delightful lunch followed by a lively dance session, where students and teachers celebrated together and created memories to cherish forever. Levish delivered the Vote of Thanks.
